We had a wonderful experience with Malek! We had a basement finishing that we had several quotes on and Chad came in with his designer Kelly (KM design) and spent a great deal of time listening to what our needs and wants were and presented us with many quality options! Needless to say, the others did not spend the time to truly listen to us and just threw numbers our way. We chose to work with Chad based on his level of professionalism and his confidence in understanding what we were aiming for in our project. Chad was extremely organized and made the whole process easy! We knew exactly when materials were being delivered, crews were showing up, etc. He guided us in the right direction when it came to vendors and selections. He and his crews were trustworthy and paid a great deal of attention to detail. He was very accessible during the entire process. Our project was completed on time and he did his best to make sure we stayed within our budget. We would highly recommend him to complete any renovation needs! We will be calling Chad again in the future!

Malek Construction has completed several projects in our home including: a guest bathroom, complete living room makeover, complete laundry and mudroom makeover, lighting overhaul, electrical overhaul, paint several rooms and trim as well as new spindles on the stairs and carpet on the entire second floor. Let’s not forget all new landscaping in the front yard as well! Chad and his crew showed up on time and always kept all debris and construction materials tidy or put away. Chad checked in on a regular basis personally to see how the job was going. If I had any questions he was VERY easy to reach at almost any time of the day. Each project was well planned and executed. Chad would spend as much time as needed going over each and every detail and what was required to get that project going before any construction started. By the time the project started, everything was ordered and waiting to be used. He has a great knack for project planning. My husband and I really appreciate Chad’s honesty and his straight forward way of communicating with us. At one point my husband and I talked to Chad about adding a pavilion to our patio. He told us he was happy to do it but that the cost of adding the pavilion might outweigh the value it would add to our home. How about that for a contractor! Even when my husband and I weren’t thinking about each project and the value it would add to our home, Chad was. Thanks Malek Construction for all the great work!
Malek Construction remodeled our basement. We were absolutely thrilled with their work. They were professional and each day they cleaned up their debris. The price for the services was extremely reasonable. They were creative with their design and we are beyond happy with the finished product.
