Our customer wanted a new patio and outdoor living space that provided them with a comfortable entertaining area that was filled with usable space and provided privacy from a newly built home near theirs. They have a beautiful home and wanted the end outdoor space to match the quality of their existing decor.

Our Work

For privacy, we built a custom cedar fence and used pergola to enclose the back yard. We also rebuilt their outdoor canopy in custom milled cedar wood to give the entire outdoor space an updated, matching look.

We updated the patio by pouring a concrete base with footers around the perimeter and then covered the entire space with new Unilock pavers.

To make the space modern and memorable, we installed low voltage wiring throughout the walls, steps and pergola for landscape lighting and additional ambiance. We also installed real flame gas torches to make their space feel like a resort vacation.

The Result

30 days from when we started the project our customer had a custom outdoor living space that added privacy to their yard and great, usable space to their property. They were delighted with the work and we’re looking forward to our first invite over for a patio party!
